We are all hard-wired to seek out common traits and interests in others, which unfortunately means that our interviewing process could be sabotaged by our own favouritism or bias.  If you are conducting hours of back-to-back interviews, it’s difficult to stay focused and not experience interview fatigue.  Solutions for these will be discussed.

Preparation is something we expect of the individuals we interview, but we should also spend twice as much time preparing as we do interviewing candidates.  Learn what to prepare and how this impacts your ability to make an informed and fair hiring decision.
